Basic Specialist Review:

By selecting this option we will review your image before printing, and if there are minor issues with your design (such as image size, resolution or quality), we may notify you via email to request a new image, or we may provide basic edits such as image size/cropping or minor adjustments for brightness or contrast at our discretion to improve the end-result.

If you require more detailed editing (such as background removal or more advanced image editing), please select the Image Editing option instead.

Image Editing:

If you require a more detailed image review or editing service, such as if you need background removal or other image editing, please select this option and list your request in Image Editing Comments.

Image Editing is limited to 30 minutes of design time, so please keep the image editing request as clear and simple as possible. Examples of image editing requests could include incorporating text with your image, removing background or other minor image manipulation requests including resizing.

We will modify your image as we deem best. If the scope of the image editing request is beyond the scope mentioned here, too complicated, or if the image you uploaded is not satisfactory relative to your goals, we may reach out to request a new image or to provide a quote for more extensive image design work.
